Delivery Options

• Local Delivery Fee: R70 for deliveries within the local area for parcels under 10kg.
• Collectors Fee: R20 will be charged to Vendors for collecting items at their location.
• Courier Timeframe: Orders received at our local depot before 14h00 are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
• Self-Collection: Customers may collect orders from our depot at 49 Marsh Street (Mossel Bay) after 15h00 to avoid courier charges.
• Local is Lekker, Delivery Area: Includes Mossel Bay, Dana Bay, Hartenbos, Voorbaai, Pinnacle Point, Reebok, Tergniet, Little Brak River, Great Brak River and George.
• Extended Main Delivery Zones:

       Oudtshoorn, Herold’s Bay, Victoria Bay, Wilderness, Sedgefield, Knysna, Plettenbergbaai.

• Extended Garden Route Delivery Zones:

       Keurboomstrand, Wittedrift, Brenton-on-Sea, Belvedere, Buffelsbaai, Stilbaai, Jongensfontein, Heidelberg, Albertinia, Riversdal.

Order Handling

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched from our depot at 49 Marsh Street, Mossel Bay within 24 hours.
• Tracking Information: Waybill details will be available on co.za.
• Confirmation Email: Customers will receive an email with the estimated delivery date and time.

Address & Delivery Changes

• Address Policy: Delivery addresses cannot be modified once an order is placed.
• Rescheduling: If unavailable to receive your order, you may reschedule the delivery date.

Tracking & Notifications

• Real-Time Updates: Order status can be tracked via co.za.

Geographic Coverage

• Domestic Deliveries: Services are limited to South African borders.
