Shipping Policy
Subject to availability, after an order is placed and processed, it will take 1 business day if ordered locally and 3 business days if ordered domestically in the borders of South Africa. Please note this exclude weekends and holidays. Please note that cut-off times for processing your orders is 3pm daily (Monday to Friday). After 3pm orders will be processed the next business day. We are not held responsible for any wrong address given.

Refund Policy
Full refunds will be made when goods are received back within 5 days, unopened and in a 100% condition (as new). Please note that the client will be charged for all courier cost. Local courier costs are R60, and national costs are R150.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
When a purchase is cancelled within 5 days, unopened and in a 100% condition (as new), the client would be responsible for the return courier cost, locally R60 and national costs of R150.
Instore goods can be exchanged with no additional cost. Only courier costs will be considered.
